When does the server restart?

Three times a day: 4:00 AM, 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM CET. Restarts are announced in game, so you will see them coming. The server is back within minutes.

I bought entry but I am not whitelisted

It normally takes a few seconds. If not, ping @Admin on the Discord and they will whitelist you manually.

Where is the server IP?

Inside the modpack. Install Flegora Official and the server is already in your server list. In case it is not: mc.flegora.com

What version do I need?

The modpack page always shows the current modpack and Minecraft version.

I died, what happens now?

Killed by a mob: you respawn with a debuff. Killed by a player: you are banned for 1 hour, and logging off mid fight counts as dying. See rules.

How do I start a faction?

Buy Faction Founder and message @Admin your faction name. See factions.
